### 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Join a dynamic team to work on high-impact structural projects, creating and coordinating detailed BIM models and drawings to support seamless project execution.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop precise BIM models and structural drawings aligned with project goals.
• Coordinate across disciplines, ensuring detailed and compliant documentation.
• Conduct quality checks to meet project standards and resolve design/technical issues collaboratively.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM drafting (focused on structural projects).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of structural design, steel/concrete/composite structures, and BIM execution plans.
